If you want to create eCovers for your real estate reports, presentations and websites (like the cover to the left) you need a real estate graphics tool called BoxShot.
BoxShot creates beautiful real estate graphics that you can add to any marketing material. And, as always, the best part is you don’t need any coding or photoshop skills.
Instead of using text to tell a client that you will provide them with a home report about “what their home is worth” you can create an eCover that visually depicts the home report.
To get BoxShot you simply need to click this link and go to a sign up page that has a $30 discount for REMCamp members.
Take a look at this cover set to get an idea about the different types of covers you can create (in just a few minutes per graphic):
The cover set was created with a single stock image of the house at 15 Garland Road that was inserted into every cover. I used a “black letter” background to give each graphic a professional and exclusive look. You can switch my image out with any image that you want to represent your local market. An even better idea is to insert an image of your prospect’s home so that your CMA is personalized to your prospective client.
You can use the spiral report binder to represent your CMA as a report, you can use the flat cover as the first page of your report and you can use the DVD case if you’re going to send a DVD to your client.
I created this set as a generic set for REMCamp members to download and copy and paste into their marketing material.
You can get a full set of the generic graphics (plus hundreds more) at REMCamp.
