All your real estate clients are online and most of them play around on social networks. If you want to find and connect with new prospects and clients you need a social media marketing funnel.

To make it easy for you to visualize the lead generation process I’ve created a social media marketing flow chart.

The first thing that you should notice is that everything is interlinked and flows back and forward into each other. That’s because social media marketing allows you to create this virtuous circle whereby everything can be shared and redistributed by your network of friends and followers.

That’s the beauty of social media – you can create content for your friends and followers and they can then distribute it for you to their friends and followers.

The second important thing is that social media marketing is now so much more than just making friends and getting engagement with your network. Facebook in particular now offers you a number of powerful paid advertising tools, like custom audiences and retargeting, that you can use to grow your business.
